To ensure we can continue offering timely appointments for everyone, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to efficiently schedule other appointments and provide the best possible care for all our furry friends.

For existing clients with 3 or more missed appointments without timely notice, a $69.50 deposit will be required to schedule future appointments. This deposit is due within 48 hours and can be paid by calling (916) 789-2211.

Appointments with a required deposit that are not paid within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.
