Julia

Meet Julia, our enthusiastic kennel assistant at Arbor View Veterinary Clinic, bringing a fresh perspective to the veterinary industry. While this marks Julia's first venture into veterinary care, her prior experience in fast food has equipped her with valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.

A recent high school graduate, Julia is currently pursuing a natural science education at Sierra College. Her aspirations reach even further as she plans to utilize the TAG program to transition to UC Davis for an animal science degree, ultimately setting her sights on veterinary school. Julia's keen interest in veterinary medicine, particularly in large animal medicine with a focus on surgery, underscores her dedication to the field.

Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Julia indulges in a variety of hobbies. From drawing and reading to skating and bird watching, she finds joy in a diverse range of creative and outdoor activities.

Julia's family holds a special place in her heart, consisting of her two moms and her adored sister. The love and support from her family contribute to Julia's positive and nurturing personality.

In the realm of pets, Julia shares her home with two kitties, Kitty and Mizu, as well as two dogs, Juba and Roma. Notably, she also used to manage a fish tank, showcasing her diverse interests in animal care.

Although new to the veterinary field, Julia has quickly found fulfillment in witnessing the healing process. Her favorite aspect so far is the satisfaction of knowing she is making a difference and actively contributing to the well-being of animals. Julia's passion and commitment make her a valuable addition to our Arbor View Veterinary Clinic team, and we look forward to seeing her grow in her veterinary career.
