Meet Julia, a pet favorite, Julia is always happy and the animals love her! Julia started her career in animal care at Arbor View as a Kennel Assistant. Her outstanding work ethic and love for animals quickly moved her up to a Veterinary Assistant. Julia is currently attending Sierra College working towards her Natural Science degree and is starting an RVT program this year to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. Julia’s favorite aspect of veterinary medicine is anything surgery related. 

In her free time she enjoys drawing, reading, skating and bird watching. She has two cats, Kitty and Mizu and two dogs, Juba and Roma. Adding to the pack, Julia is picking up a new border collie puppy soon as well!

Julia enjoys veterinary medicine because she loves seeing the healing process and feels good knowing that she is helping animals and is making a difference in their lives and the lives of their pet parents.
