Welcome Pam! A newer member of the Arbor View team, Pam is an experienced Client Service Representative in both general practice and emergency veterinary hospitals. Her prior career experience includes being a police dispatcher which provided her with invaluable experience in patience, empathy and compassion. She loves working with dogs and cats as well as their pet parents. Pam is working towards her grooming certification with Penn Foster and also hopes to become a Veterinary Assistant so she can help in all areas of animal care. 

Her hobbies include reading books by her favorite author James Patterson, crafting and baking treats! Her family includes her loving husband James, their two dogs Jack (a corgi mix) and Lucky (a miniature pincher and Chihuahua mix) and their two cats, Posey and Sophia.
