With a diverse background, Cierra has accumulated 3 years of experience in retail, showcasing her strong communication and interpersonal skills. Building on that foundation, she has spent 4 years in customer relations, further honing her ability to provide exceptional service to clients.

Cierra's professional journey also includes 6 months in hotel management, where she gained valuable organizational and problem-solving skills. Her well-rounded background uniquely positions her to excel in client services within the veterinary industry.

Educationally, Cierra holds an Associates of Arts degree in history and is currently pursuing a degree in funeral services, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.

In her personal life, Cierra is a proud cat mom to three feline friends. Miko and Mina, both 3 years old, and Marshall, who is 15 years old, bring joy and companionship to her home. Cierra's love for animals extends beyond the workplace, creating a nurturing environment for her beloved cats.

Outside of work, Cierra engages in various hobbies, including reading, hiking, crocheting, and cooking. 

Married to a member of the Air Force, Cierra's life has been enriched with unique experiences, including getting married in Italy. These experiences contribute to her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, making her an excellent fit for her role as a Client Service Representative.
